Contact Centre Hours of Operation
All hours of service are in New Zealand local time: early April to late September GMT + 12 hours, late September to early April GMT + 13 hours. Our international calling number is +64 4917 3107. International toll charges apply.
The Contact Centre is currently open Monday to Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm and closed on New Zealand National Public Holidays.

MyStudyLink and Apply Online services
StudyLink uses the RealMe login service for MyStudyLink and Apply Online. If you've forgotten your username or password you can reset this yourself online using the RealMe service.
If you have forgotten your username you can click the ‘Forgot my username’ link on the RealMe login page and enter your email address to have your username emailed to you. You must enter the email address that you previously used when you set up your login.
If you have forgotten your password you can click the ‘Forgot my password’ link on the RealMe login page and you will need to answer two of the security questions you previously set up. A temporary password will then be emailed to you.
