Most people are honest and are entitled to the student support and benefit assistance they receive. However, we're aware that for a small group of people this isn't always the case.

If you are concerned that someone you know may be committing fraud, you can call the Allegation Line on 0800 556 006.
Someone will take your call between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except Wednesday when opening hours are from 9.30 to 5pm.) You can leave a message if you ring outside of these hours.
