Busy time for Contact Centre

The StudyLink Contact Centre is currently in its busiest period for the year.  There are other ways for you to access the information and services you need.

• For information about StudyLink assistance and how we can help with your studies check out the information on the website.
• If you want to apply for Student Allowance or Loan you can do this online. It's best to apply or re-apply for a Student Allowance or Student Loan well before you course starts. You can apply early, even if you're still deciding what you're going to study.

• If you have an online account with StudyLink and you want to update your details, check the status of your application or apply for the Course-related Costs you can do this via MyStudyLink on the website.
