Forgotten your password or user ID?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself.
Go to Apply Online and click "Forgotten Password?".
If you have made five unsuccessful attempts to log in, your account will be locked for five minutes. After it's unlocked, you can try again or reset your password if you need to.
Challenge question and username
(Please note, effective from 29 November 2009, User ID will be changed to username)
To reset your password you will need to answer the challenge question you have set up. Please note, your new password must be different to any of your last 3 previous passwords.
If you've forgotten your username or haven't set up a challenge question yet, you will need to contact us.
