Forgotten your password or user ID?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself.
Go to Online Services and click "Forgotten Password?".
If you have made five unsuccessful attempts to log in, your MyStudyLink account will be locked for five minutes. After it's unlocked, you can try again or reset your password if you need to.
Challenge question and User ID
To reset your password you will need to answer the challenge question you have set up.
If you've forgotten your User ID or haven't set up a challenge question yet, you will need to contact us.
