The StudyLink Contact Centre is currently experiencing some technical issues.

If you've been trying unsuccessfully to get through we apologise for the inconvenience.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, if you wish to apply for a Student Allowance or Loan remember you can do so online at the StudyLink website -

If you have an online account with StudyLink and want to update any personal information, check on the status of your application or apply for the Course Related Costs component of a Student Loan you can do so via the MyStudyLink service on the website.
