What to do if my Student Allowance application is incomplete?

All you need to do is log into MyStudyLink and provide the information required.

Follow these simple steps and help your application progress:

1. Log into MyStudyLink
2. Select application details and click on View/Update More Details
3. Click on the incomplete status hyperlink in the assessment period field
4. Under the assessment outcome you can view the information that is required e.g study address missing, bank account required, and proof of income required.
5. Update the information that is required in the personal details section.

If StudyLink requires verified evidence or proof from you, this information will need to be sent in.
