Contact Centre Hours of Operation
All hours of service are in New Zealand local time: mid-March to early October GMT + 12 hours, early October to mid-March GMT + 13 hours. Our international calling number is +64 4917 3107. International toll charges apply.
The Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00am until 7:00pm and closed on New Zealand National Public Holidays.
