If you've moved since you applied for your Student Allowance, Student Loan or Scholarship you need to make sure you've updated your address and contact details.

Why it's important

It's always important that we know how to get hold of you if we need to. From time to time we may send you updates about your application or payments, or information that will help you plan your finances for your next lot of study.

If you're getting a Student Allowance, where you're living and who you're living with can also affect how much you're entitled to. Letting us know as soon as anything changes means we can make sure you're getting the right amount.

 

Use MyStudyLink to keep up to date

The fastest and easiest way to check and update your address and contact details is using MyStudyLink.

MyStudyLink is a secure online tool, so you'll need an online account to access it. If you haven't already got an online account call us on 0800 88 99 00 to set one up.

Using MyStudyLink you can also:

  • view and update your personal information such as bank account and study details
  • update your employment and income information
