Using MyStudyLink you can:

• check the status of your applications for Student Loan, Student Allowance or scholarship
• see your Student Loan balance and details of your borrowing
• view and update your personal details
• see details of your next payment and any previous transactions
• view and update your Student Loan living costs.

If you're getting a Work and Income benefit while studying

If you get a Work and Income benefit you must also let your Case Manager know about any change in your circumstances that you make using MyStudyLink.

We are continually improving MyStudyLink, so please don't bookmark the MyStudyLink front page.

Feel free to bookmark www.studylink.govt.nz as we update our home page regularly with information that you may find useful. We will also use our home page to let you know about anything new or if MyStudyLink is unavailable for any reason.

A note on browsers

To use MyStudyLink you'll need to be using one of the following web browsers:

• Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.2 (Mac), 5.5, 6.0 and 7.0
• Mozilla 1.0 and 1.7
• Firefox 1.0 and 1.2.

We're working on extending MyStudyLink to more browsers, but for now MyStudyLink is not compatible with Firefox 3, Opera, Konqueror, Safari or Netscape. If you're using one of these browsers you'll need to call us on 0800 88 99 00 to access StudyLink services.
