How to use the Ask a Question service
Our Ask a Question service lets you ask any question about financial assistance if you're unable to find what you're looking for on our website.
Simply select the 'topic' your question relates to and enter key words in the search text field. Then select the "search" button. The answers that best match your key words will be listed in the "summary window".
If you have searched the FAQs and can't find an answer, you can email us your question. We will respond by email as quickly as possible.
