Setting up your MyStudyLink account
To have access to MyStudyLink you need to have an online account.
When you apply online, you'll create a logon using the igovt logon service, consisting of a username and password. This will create an online account in our system. Once your application has been processed and we have received all of your identity documents, such as a copy of your birth certificate or passport (if we haven't already seen it), you can then access your MyStudyLink account using the igovt logon you created.

If you forget your igovt password and/or username
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you need to use the igovt logon service to reset these.
If you have forgotten your username you can click the ‘Forgot my username’ link on the igovt log on page and enter your email address to have your username emailed to you. You must enter the email address that you previously used for your igovt logon.
If you have forgotten your password you can click the ‘Forgot my password’ link on the igovt Log on page and you will need to answer two of the security questions you previously set up. A temporary password will then be emailed to you.
You can also access the 'forgot' links through the Manage igovt logon link below.
If you forget your StudyLink username and password
Once you have linked your StudyLink logon details with your igovt logon, you will no longer need to remember your old StudyLink logon details.
If you have not yet linked your details and you have forgotten your StudyLink username and password you can reset these as part of the linking process or you can contact us to reset these.
