Changes to online services

23 June 2014.

From Sunday 29 June you’ll notice some changes to MyStudyLink as part of our programme of ongoing improvements to the way we deliver services to you online.

The way you log in

From Sunday, full account holders will be taken straight through to MyStudyLink when they log in.

If you are logging in to reapply, you’ll be able to go to Apply Online from there once you’ve checked what applications and study dates we already have on file for you.

MyStudyLink homepage

A redesign of the MyStudyLink homepage will allow you to quickly access the most frequently used information.

Key information such as the status of your application/s and details of your next payment will be visible up front, saving you time.

Application progress bar

The new progress bar will help you to track your applications through the process. You’ll be able to clearly see what is required to help us move your application along or if it’s currently with us to take care of the processing
