Using Connect to send us your documents

If you need to get us some documents, it's quick and easy to upload and send your information online using Connect, instead of having to post them to us.
Go to www.connect.co.nz and log in using your RealMe login.
You need to tell us:
- your email address
- your name and client number (or the student's name and client number if you're not the student)
Then you need to:
- scan your verified documents or take a photograph and save it
- upload your documents and tell us what these are (eg, identification for your name and date of birth)
- check it and send it
Your parents or partners can also upload their documents and forms using Connect with their own RealMe login. When they upload them, they'll need to tell us your details (eg, your name and client number).
