Some of our offices are closed and there are some processing delays due to the earthquake.
Following the earthquakes, processing of documents and evidence into our system has been delayed. Any information submitted using Connect will be processed over the next couple of days, please do not re-send your information.
We're also assessing our offices to ensure they're safe.
This means our offices in some locations may be closed until this safety check has been completed.
