Waiariki Institute of Technology and Bay of Plenty Polytechnic merger

If you haven’t applied yet and your enrolment starts before 1 May 2016
When you apply, select the education provider your campus currently belongs to - we won’t be able to show the new name as an option for you until 1 May.
We’ll confirm your enrolment details with them, and transfer your Student Allowance and/or Student Loan over to Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic once everything is finalised, this will be sometime between May and August 2016.
If you haven’t applied yet and your enrolment starts after 1 May 2016
When you apply select the education provider your campus currently belongs to - we won’t be able to show the new name as an option for you until 1 May.
For example, if you’re at what will be Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic’s Bongard campus, apply under Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.
We’ll confirm your enrolment details with them, and transfer your Student Allowance and/or Student Loan over to Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic once everything is finalised, this will be sometime between May and August 2016.
If you’ve already applied, or your applications are already approved
Your Student Allowance and Student Loan will still show as being for study at Bay of Plenty Polytechnic or Waiariki Institute of Technology for now.
We’ll transfer your Student Allowance and/or Student Loan over to Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic after 1 May – this will happen between May and August 2016.
