There is an online service outage and service delay over the next few days.
Online services outage
Our online services (eg, Apply online and MyStudyLink) will be unavailable from 8pm on Sunday 5 February to 9am on Monday 6 February.
Applying for a Student Loan
If you apply for a Student Loan from 3pm on Thursday 2 February to 8am on Tuesday 7 February, we won’t be able send your contract to you until Tuesday 7 February. This is because Inland Revenue services will be unavailable during this time.
