When you'll be paid and when we're open over Christmas and the New Year.

Payment dates

Christmas week - 21 December to 27 December

All payments during the Christmas week, Monday 21 December to Thursday 24 December, will be the same. There will be no changes.

New Year's week - 28 December to 3 January

Childcare payments

We can't pay childcare between the Christmas and New Year break if the childcare centre is closed.

  • Office closures

    All of our offices and contact centre are closed on the public holidays:

    • Friday 25 December, Christmas Day
    • Monday 28 December, Boxing Day observed
    • Friday 1 January, New Year's Day
    • Monday 4 January, Day after New Year's Day observed.

    Some offices will be closed on other dates:
