Waitangi Day payments and office closures

When we're open and when you'll be paid on Waitangi Day (observed Monday 8 February 2021).
Payment dates
If your payment is due on Tuesday 9 February, you'll be paid on Friday 5 February. These payments will be available by Eftpos and ATM machine.
There are no other changes to payments.
Our offices and contact centre
These will be closed for the observed public holiday, Monday 8 February.
Using our online services
MyStudyLink will be available as usual. You can use it to:
- manage your information online
- claim course-related costs
- re-apply for your Student Allowance and Student Loan
