Update on 2015 applications

Study has now started for most students.

We’re processing applications and documents in the order we receive them. If you want to check the status of your applications or confirm that your documents have been received you can do this using MyStudyLink.

You can do most things online but, if you do need to talk to us, you need to be aware that we are currently experiencing high call volumes and you may wait around 10 minutes. If you are listening to our hold music you are in the queue, and we will answer your call.

Tracking your application

You can track the progress of your application and read your mail in MyStudyLink. If we need more information, you can help us by getting everything in straight away. You can submit your documents quickly and easily online using Connect.

We recommend you use Internet Explorer or Firefox for our online services. Some applicants have experienced problems when using Google Chrome.

Applying for course-related costs

Once your student loan contract has been accepted you can claim for course-related costs separately, through your MyStudyLink secure account.

Go to Applying for course-related costs to get all the information you need on what course-related costs are for, if you can get them, how much you could borrow and when, and how to apply.

Login to MyStudyLink to apply for your course-related costs.
