First-time students:

Are your ducks in a row?

If you’re planning to start study between now and early March you’re running out of time to get everything organised for the start of your course.

You can do most things online but, if you do need to talk to us, we are available until 6pm weekdays.

If you’ve already applied

You can track the progress of your application and read your mail in MyStudyLink. If we need more information, you can help us by getting everything in straight away, so we can carry on processing and help you get into payment on time. You can submit your documents quickly and easily online using Connect.

Applying for course-related costs

Once your student loan contract has been accepted you can claim for course-related costs separately, through your MyStudyLink secure account. You can usually borrow up to $1000 a year.

We pay your student loan for course-related costs directly to your bank account. The earliest we can do this is 14 days before your course starts. Payments are usually available within 24 hours of approval.

Login to MyStudyLink to apply for your course-related costs.
