Alternative contact person
Provides a general definition of 'alternative contact person' for Student Loans
A person nominated by the Student Loan borrower who is willing to act as the borrower's alternative contact person in the event that Inland Revenue can not contact them.
The alternative contact person must reside in New Zealand and must let Inland Revenue know how to contact the borrower if requested. They are not liable to repay any of the borrower's Student Loan.
