Partner - General definition
The general definition of a partner.
A partner is your spouse, civil union partner or someone of the same or opposite sex with whom you have a de facto relationship.
For Student Allowance, a partner is someone you are in a recognised relationship with. Refer to the definition for Recognised Relationship.
