2026 Anzac Day payments and contact centres closures

This year Anzac Day is on Saturday 25 April and will be observed on Monday 27 April.
Payment dates
For Anzac Day, the only payment change is as follows:

Processing times may vary depending on which bank you're with.
Declaring income
If you declare your income regularly, you need to declare your income before midday on Friday 24 April 2026.
Contact centres
Our contact centres will be closed on Saturday 25 April and Monday 27 April.
Our online services
You can use MyStudyLink at any time, including public holidays. MyStudyLink is our online service where you can apply and manage your information online. You can use it to do things like:
- declare income for your Student Allowance
- claim course-related costs on your Student Loan
- check the status of your application
- view and update your Student Loan living costs.
